So my fuel lines have air bubbles. I checked my fuel filter, and it seems to be good, I am not sure on what to do to fix this problem. Any helpful suggestions?

Have you tried doing the leak test on your tank? If its not there then try new fuel line. My buddys 150cc tank on his revo is leaking now and its not old at all.

My truck is brand new and has air bubbles in the fuel tank would that stop it from starting?

Yep. Make sure the tank cap is sealing. Tighten the screw underneath it if the cap fits loose. It should take a little pressure to push the cap into the tank all of the way. If the seal is dry, rub a little fuel on it.
