Well, I just got a hyper 7, I love it, great handling, very fast, almost as fast (of not as fast) as my friend's LD3. And Very durable and racable w/ new tires and servos.

get a truggy...best of both worlds.....LSP is the hot poop on a plate now...check em out

What Plaid said! I love my lsp. I run faster laps with a SH .28, then a Mugen MBX-5 prospec with a rb modded P-5. Strong fast and its nothing like a monster truck.

okay what excatly is a truggie? is it like those gs storms?or is it bigger?
are they buggies with bigger tires all around? trucks or what ever they are called that i see the guys racing with at the club look pretty cool, jumping just as far as some of the buggies, plus have the big block motors.

here is my truggy! Lightning stadium

VB, so the LSPs are out? I checked a few places and everyone said August or Sept. on their web sites. I guess they must have already come out, but have since sold out? do you have the PRO with the aluminum arms?

They have been out for a while now one of our members had one last summer not sure who tho. I have the RR and love it! Its as fast as any buggy I've seen!

that is one cool looking unit, and you said you have a sh.28 in it?what motor came with it?also does it come with a radio,or can i use my mx3 i have with my savage?

It comes with a Hotbodies "Powerhouse" .26. Its not the best mill in the world, but I ran it for a while. It is a completly rtr unit, but you can swap out for your electronics or run with what it came with. I highly reccomend this truck!

well "vb" that might be just what i'll get in to,i sure would like to see one go,
looks like they are a blast to drive...thx for the info.

i say get a buggy instead of a truggy. i've seen some wicked stuff done to them. and if you want to road race and stuff you can always opt for the 2 speed conversion and foamies :)

I'll have to put in another vote for a LSP, they handle awesome. Muuuuuuch better than a savvy. Heres mine...

I have the pro, you can see the arms in the pic. They have been out for a little while but are hard to find. There are a few on ebay.

So what are the major differces between Truggies and Stadium trucks other than the engine size.

you should build a truggy maxx with the jt racing chassis its pretty kool

lyle

Well, a lot of manufacturers are calling their truggies ST's, but they aren't. Truggies and ST's are very different.

Truggies:
4WD
MT wheels
.21+ engine
3 diffs
buggy chassis
faster
more durable usually

ST's
.12 engine
2WD
smaller chassis
1 Diff and tranny
smaller wheels/tires
slower

thats a nice lsp also...man they look awesome..do you have to buy lots of tires for them..it looks like they wear out quickly

Mine are actaully doing fine after burnouts and stuff on pavement. I haven't seen any wear yet but I only have 2 quarts or so on the LSP, and only 2 tanks on the wasp.
