Hello everyone,

I wanted to get some rough estimates on what it will cost me to complete this project of mine. I want to complete the E-Maxx that I just bought. I am not looking to make a crazy expensive build, just looking for something nice to bash. So what will I end up spending to finish this bad boy?

Basically it looks like a roller. So you'll need the electronics for it.

1. Steering servo(x2)- http://www.amain.com/Hitec-HS-5645MG-Digital-High-Torque-Metal-Gear-Servo/p18374 ($40)

2. ESC (I'll suggest the stock)- http://www.amain.com/Traxxas-EVX-2-Forward-Reverse-Speed-Control-Waterproof/p231599 ($110)

3. Motor (Stock again)- http://www.amain.com/Traxxas-Titan-550-Size-Motor-21T/p17661 ($20)

4. Batteries x2 (NiMH to start, can be upgraded to LiPo later)- http://www.amain.com/LRP-Hyper-Pack...attery-w-Tamiya-Connector-72V-4000mAh/p291937 ($38)

You'll also need a charger ($35) and a radio ($99) and then maybe some miscellaneous items ($50).

Here's a parts listing from Traxxas: http://traxxas.com/sites/default/files/3903_parts.pdf

I appreciate the response! That is what I was hoping for. I may upgrade to the extended chassis as well as go brushless but at least you gave me an idea of where I stand. Thank you!
