I would like to know what % of nitro fuel to use in the pro exceed madwarrior .28... is it 20% or 30% plz help

I've always run 30% personally, It's easier to find where i live, and i like the extra power it gives. I think the extra wear it causes on the engine is negligable at best, as i have many engines that are still kicking between 4-7 gallons.

If you're not racing, don't worry about using anything over 20%.

no i aint racing just bashing so how long have u had th madwarrior... and is it the pro w/ the .28 motor

30% requires a richer setting, this provides more lubrication and a cooler running engine. I find they last longer on 30% apposed to 20%.

agreed with extreme, 30% is just better.

I had heard arguements in the past about the extra nitro content caused internals to wear quicker.....I've never had that to be the case with me in real life though. Thats all I really ever see at the hobby shops anyhow.

ok thanks that helps alot....so do u always hav to buy the nitro sepretaley when purchase a nitro car or do some com with it and do u hav to buy anything else when u buy an rtr

When you buy an RTR model, there are some extras that will probably need to be purchased. You will need batteries for the transmitter and maybe some for the receiver depending on the model. You will also need to buy some fuel as well as a squeeze bottle to dispense it into the vehicle. Depending on the brand of truck you will need to get a battery and charger for the starting wand or roto-start.

It's probably a good idea to get a couple of extra glow pugs as well.

although 30% is superior for insane power, I have the exact same motor in my Exceed Rally monster, and it runs just as great for backyard bashing on 20%, which is also cheaper to buy

if you get the starter kit that they sell with it for an extra $15, you get a glow igniter, squeeze bottle, wrenches for glow plugs, wheelnuts, and others, and screwdrivers for adjustment, however, it does NOT come with glow plugs, which you DEFINANTLY will need at some point
