Hey , I have a chance to get three revo's and some acc. in a package deal and was hoping you all could let me know what you think of the deal.

EB OS18TM with just break in performed ( Truck hasnt been ran since I broke it in for him)

These truck were bought last summer except for truck #1 which was bought late in the summer ...These truck has only been ran on my track and I have performed most of the upgrades and maintenance on these truck ......So I know they are in good running shape .....So if this package was bieng offered to you what would you think a fair asking price would be ? I think he is giving me a heck of a deal but it is still alot of money. So I just wanted to see what all of you think of the deal I am offered......and the price is ........

i say go with it , there is alot truck worth in this deal , the guy sounds like he treated them well, figure that buying them brand new would be close to 2000 so i say you should email him for some pics and mor edetails and go for it , just my 2 cents

These trucks are only like a mile from my house....the only place they have been ran is on my track .....So I know they are well taken care of ......My wife is telling me to go for it ....but that is alot of cash

dude if i were you i would contact the guy and go and see them and make sure they are worth what they are , and buy them , its not that much money , in the end, for three truck s , stop thinking and do it , ''JUST DO IT'' show some pics when you do by the way ...

8 gallons of fuel is $200 of that right off the top! Considering you could probably sell the trucks on eBay for $300 a piece, that's your $1100 right there.

Since you already know the quality of the trucks since you worked on them yourself. For all that is included, $1500 would be fair, $1100 is a deal.

Picco 26 @ $190
Spectrum DX3 @ $250

The stuff you have listed adds up very quickly to $1100.

Then you have the spare parts, engines... Sounds like a pretty fair deal to me. Don't get me wrong, $1100 is a lot of dough to me. If I had it available and I had to blow it on something good, a deal like this would be hard for me to pass up. Especially if you actually know the person and have worked on the trucks yourself.

I agree with Olds.. that looks like a hell of a deal to me. Definately a lot of money, but I suppose if you're lookin to have specific trucks designated for different types of driving it would be worth it. Personally, I couldn't justify spending a grand on 3 of the (essentially) same vehicles. But that's just me. Still a good deal

I just listed out some of the big ticket items that were new or would still get a decent price used.

If you count in the "new" price for everything, it's a small fortune. 2 18TM's @ now $150 a piece, 3.3 at $140, 3 revo's @ $400, then the $200 worth of fuel, $250 radio, $100 worth of servo's...

Man... I'm getting sweaty just thinking about it!

There are three trucks that are the same truck, but all that means is that you have 3 really good trucks and you can set one up for racing, one up for off road bashing and one up for highway/parking lot running. Three different things, all fun!

I'm with Olds on this one..... It is alot of money, and it is a decision to think about first, but the opportunity to be able to set up 3 rigs for three different duties, is pretty sweet. Plus, you wouldn't have to stock many different types of spare parts... they would all use the same things. My mouth is watering over this one.

I have vast experience here.....(I have purchased or built form parts six of these beasts)..this is a deal .....but I would take Jons tack and offer $1000 cash....stack it up in $20 bills for him ....I am serious.....you will be the owner of three nice Revos you are familiar with before you know it.

But seriously if she says it is cool to spend it then I would never hear another word about it ....but I know there are things that are more important that the money should be spent on ...so I am real hesitant about spending that kind of money

maybe not but don't forget if he buy's them he could keep the fuel, spektrum, .26 picco engine and a revo. Then sell the other 2 and it would virtually cover the cost of buying all 3

Hey Digger it is nice to be back , I took the plunge last summer and built an oval track in the field behind my home, I dont know if I am gonna leave it oval this year or change it up a little. I think the guys from extreme have lost interest in building a track , just from what I gathered .

Just a side note , If any of you guy in southern WV want to bash/race at my track just let me know and we can make it happen

Bingo! That would seal the deal for me in a heartbeat! If you got clearance from the tower to spend that kind of money, do it before she changes her mind!
