What fuel do i use?

Hi I am new to RC i own a 1/8 scale HSP 4wd monster truck. I would like to know what nitro fuel do i use?

For general bashing I would say a good quality fuel such as O'Donnell's or Byron. When I run nitro, I run 20%.

i heard when using fuel, when u go up in the grade of nitro, like 10-20%, that its not good to go backk down? (hobby shop guy) is this true?

As I understand it, it doesn't really matter as long as you go back to factory settings and retune, you should be fine.
