from my understanding you can't get a .26 or larger mill that revs higher than a Race .21.....you will not have the same low end the larger mill has but how much grunt do you need for a 10lb truck???.....I saw a friend at the track drop a .21 hottinger modded P5 in a LSP and It was flat out baaaaadd ass......got way mre punch than the .27 he ran in it.....I forgot which engine that was.....but still the P5 had it all over that other one......the claims of RPMs by the larger mills are usually false...like the Wasp/Fantom/Orion .27...they claimed ontheir site some 42,000 RPMs....it does turn some serious RPM but Fantom admitted they can't do that to me on the phone.....he said Wasp trumped the numbers so he did too.....then went into some long ass explanation as to why they can't rev that high compared to the .21s.......I look at it this way...the .21 has been a standard size for so long you'd think (hope) the're at a stage where they are just getting better ( fuel consumption, performance , Durability).....if you want low end get a big mill but if you want more top get a .21....if you want both get a seriously modded .21....but they are real finicky mills, at least the 421b mod is......those are the guys w/ a mic and calculator shimming their heads for a race.....do I want to go through all that? Not really, but if you want performance you need ot do some work to get it.....
