Rolex is in his mid to late 60s I believe.
I heard from him several months ago. He was in the process of moving.

I miss him as well.

Yeah, Rolex, the TRX 2.5R God. Miss that guy. Hopefully he gets back to this forum someday.

Jet, I bet you are right!

I used to think 33 was getting up there, but the older I get the younger 33 starts to look...lol.. I'm 25 (Will be 26 in a couple weeks) and I feel like I'm getting old. Not so much my mind but my body..lol.. Man, I get new noises from different bones everyday..lol

whens your birthday? mines the 16th, ill be 26 as well.

there an old guy who helps his son run a LHS, he's pushing 60+ and always has his savage out. everyone calls him dad.

Well, I'm 36, married with two kids and I try my best to regress, at least mentally, everyday. I figure at the mental regression rate I'm going at right now, I should be about 10 by the time I'm 65, at which time I'll change my username and come on here and tell all of you what idiots you are!

My Pop is 66 and has a Kyosho Baja Beetle that he runs fairly consistently. I'm thinking of getting him one of those Tamiya electric MiniCoopers for Christmas because he has one (1:1) and races it in rally's. Personally, I think my Pop's a bigger kid than me!

Ok, ok... I'm 51 yrs young and just now buying my first RC..... LST2.... it will be here next week. I just happened to see some guy running his MT on the beach, so I bought a few RC mag's and three weeks later I ordered mine.

All you who are in your 30's.... the older you get, as long as you're in good health, nothing changes.... you're as young as you feel. Old is when you can't do it yourself.

Thats good to hear because I don't plan on growing up any time soon!

Congrats on buying your first RC! Post up some pics when you get it.

We had a guy at our Rally-x club who, up until last year had come to EVERY single meeting the club had ever had.......its been running 15 years....he was 82 last year and his 78 year old wife was his pit-crew.
He ran an MBX4-XR with a Nova Rossi something or other in his last season of racing.
Yes he was slow as his vision wasn't very good anymore and watching him climbimg up the rostrum was painful, as was watching his wife re-fueling him BUT everyone respected him and realised that to be able to come racing and still be able to beat people when they get to his age was nothing short of remarkable.
