waterproofing a lipo

i don't have any nimh packs for my pede and want to play in the snow. how would i go about waterproofing these hard packs. i've thought about just some rtv around the wires on top of the pack. and then wraping the balancer plug in a baggy.

You could coat them in plastidip or wrap them in tape.

Or just use a baggy and seal the end well.
