I agree, FFA, and let everyone enjoy it where it belongs. It's gotten so boring to keep up with his nyah, nyah, nyahs, that I'll probably avoid it completely.
It reminds me of a recent situation, but that one was with a 14 year old.
He, at least had the sense to go away.

I will tell you i throughly enjoyed this... things were getting boring. Someone has not had a meltdown or a wigout in a while.... damm I love this place LOL.

Damn a guy goes to work and comes home and all hell has let loose. I have read through this thread and have to say that this Wardo guy is just a clown. Oh and Woodie his auction link went to this guy warrens plastics, his feed back is good but he is still a clown and I won’t buy from him because there is mark up on his product and unless I know what that mark up is I can’t buy from him LOL. Wardo I contribute to this site and do it willingly, I would do it even if there were no extras. Woodie has answered your question twice so move on, if the place is that bad then take a hike. Woodie keep up the good work and I am sure that you know already, but we support you and the site.

Wardo- as u can read, RCNT has answered your questions and thensome. I don't see HCR, Ram-tech, Rushrc & R/C Solutions complaining. So if u don't like where RCNT is going, then go elsewhere & stop wasting our time.

Based on my own experience with the site, both recent and in the past, I will gladly pay to help the site. There are over 4000 members and only a few of those members are contributers. Less than 5% (that's just a guess, but it is in single digits). The rest of those that surf this site are guests. Considering that it's free to sign up, what's the complaint?

With rising costs and yet Michael tries to keep costs down and forks out his own money to keep us happy ... there is no reason for anyone to complain. It's your right to join a free forum but considering the upkeep (with or without sponsors) it's Michaels right to charge what ever he wants. It's just good that Michael has a kind heart and also knows that those that benefit from the site out weighs the costs.

Based on recent events of mine and a few other members (between job losses, relationships and family crisis) this site is CLEARLY not just for r/c's. It's also a community, a very caring community.

We all like to cut it up with one another and it does get out of hand sometimes but problems still get solved and comforting words are always exchanged when necesary. A lot more people would know that if they contributed in the past. The contributers forum is a place that few people get to go but it's a great place to be for those that really care about the site.

If it's a money issue and you want to keep using your "free minutes" then so be it. Don't ask how much if you're not interested in buying. This isn't a car dealership.

Sorry, just had to vent. Considering I was one of the guys in need of more than r/c help, yeah ... I took it personally.

Thanks for your comment, Yes I know a the vast majority of members fully support the site and see right through this guy. I also know that along the way we'll encounter more people just like him because they don't feel they should spend a dime on anything.

The only way to make wardo happy is for all of use to get on our knees and kiss his ass - well I for one will not kiss his or another companies ass. I've said time and time again this site was started so people within the R/C hobby could come and get straight information and not info that someone wanted you to hear or ideas someone else wanted you to think. Someone mentioned Traxxas earlier, yes one of the big reasons this site got started was because of Traxxas - not because I got banned (in fact I STILL have an active account) but because I didn't like the way some of their staff modded the site nor did I like the fact you couldn't say much if anything negative about the t-maxx without your thread being edited or deleted all together. Along with Traxxas most of the major magazines are also nothing but big ass kissers. Answer me this, when was the last time you seen a magazine give ANY R/C a negative review? More then likely you won't - why? because those companies make them money and if they give bad reviews then they that company won't be doing anymore advertising with that magazine and then that magazine doesn't make any money. So where is one to go to get straight info about a product or company without having to worry about someone trying to sell them something?

Thus RCNT was born - Not only do we allow members to discuss companies both good and bad, we encourage it. Do something get out of hand, yes but thats the nature of the beast and we do what we can to stop any false claims. Believe it or not we have deleted threads in the past that where nothing but attempts to hurt a company because that person didn't like that companies products. There is a difference between straight out dumb bashing and discussing a company/product for the sake of other members.

As I've already stated the only companies that have complained are those that have something to hide or those that have already been caught treating their customers like crap and for every company discovered doing this tatics will be posted here on RCNT. Those that actually take time to listen to their customers have no problem with RCNT, just ask our current sponsors. Those companies have nothing to hide and DO treat their customers with great care have no problem with RCNT.

I swear that had to be the most fun I have had in a long time. I can not even mention in this post what woodiE was screaming at the top of his lungs that night without being banned LOL
