virus 2.0 upgrade

Hi all
Got a few questions please

I have an ansmann virus 2.0 with a 21 engine

I'm after more power/speed

I have seen some videos and picks on the internet of people running two engines side by side.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this ? Is it worth it ? And how hard is it ? Or should I just get a bigger engine?

Can I fit a 2 speed gearbox to my rc?

I have a .28 in my virus 2.0 and theres plenty of spped i that and I'm still tuning it, upgrade the engine i dont think you fit a second engine in there and its hard to get them running the same
