Vegeta ascending to new heights

my son Vegeta (named after the dragon balll z character) loves the mini trucks on the way he asked if he could get one instead of a larger truck (WHHHHYYYYYYYY!!!!!!) Yessir, you can pick out anything you want.
he decided he liked the ascent

he enjoys it as is, but cmon now his dads got the bug.... that upgrade bug.
so we grabbed him some bling, got a few parts that we may not NEED for his and probably one thats for the wrong truck but i think it will work, i feel like i watched a video and the guy said trx4 parts will fit the ascent?? we gonna find out lol

hopefully by the time we are done its a certified machine!!

i couldnt find brass within the budget so went with aluminum

some brass for the new portals

need a motor still i want to grab a furytek for it for him, but thats gonna have to wait a month or so. wifes watching me like a prisoner now lolol

he is almost as excited as i am for the new parts.

I've used some of their stuff before, but i can't remember what, i think it was tires, i do remember i had no complaints on whichever it was or id (hopefully) remember that lol, they seem decent quality, ill giver better info once I'm throwing them on and try them out

I was telling Kevin how they make mst drift car parts. Hoping they are decent because I plan on purchasing some when I get it

skrrrrrrt..... just hit a snag
so i was all into this build , getting stuffs swapped over and we hit our first snag
ha!! as i was writing about the missing partsd i found an entire parts bag ..... with the missing parts lolol.... resume


the gears for the overdrive wouldnt fit the shaft!!! lame city! so we lost that upgrade
trx4m motors will fit but not the links lol another fail

Now we want to swap the body
Not a huge fan of the ascent body.
I still have my scx34 c10
And it fits¡!! I need to mount it
It's just setting on it right now but tomorrow I'm going to try to put the mount from the 18 body into the c10
It looks nice
