anyone know where to buy one of these? www.vantageracing.com has all the info and prices but no dealer list or where to buy.looks like a real nice pipe and id like to try one on my buggy. :smoke:

thanks, but still no info there on where i can buy 1.

even sent the company 2 emails with no response, thought id try 1 but hell with it. ill just get a traditional pipe.

try Ultimate Hobbies or Pegasus Hobbies, a vantage rep posted those on another forum just can't remeber which one.

What pipe are you going to try? What mill?
still havent made up my mind on the mill yet, probably going to be a v-spec with the o.s pipe or the rb s7 with a 086,still not sure though.

There is a thread that says RB's are on sale this month, but I haven't read it. I hear good things about the V-Spec, and if it is anything like the OS Max VZB I have I'm sure those good things are true. I run a JP-1 on mine. Which OS pipe did you have in mind?

i think o.s. says there 2050 pipe works best for there v-spec so ill try that combo if i do run a spec but I'm still leaning towards running a rb.

Stick with pipes people recommended for the engine you buy. When I got my Novarossi P5, I started out wityh a 063 style pipe. It seemed to work fine. When I switched the to 086, however, it was clear how much the 063 was holding it back.

Pipe choice and engine choice go hand in hand. I personally wouldn't try the carbon pipe without knowing what engine it works best on. :2cents:

the os motor like both the OS 2050 pipe, and the 086. the 2050 gives a flatter curve with the most mid range power. the 086 is pretty linear as well, but gives more power up top and tames down the bottom end.
