I dont think that is true. I just got mine last week. Here is the link I paid $279.00 this is cheapest that I found OFNA LX PRO

Also Tower Hobbies sells it for $299.00

o well too late i paid 300. how come some places say .26 and others say .25?? if theyre the same cars they should have the same engines right?

The new model has the .26 engine. last years model came with the .25. Now I called up a company and asked the same question, they also told me that some boxes still says .25 but they come with a .26 engine

there can't be too much of a difference in the engines. well it is my first car so a .25 is plenty big enough for me lol

well Guess what, i just got off the phone with OFNA. They did stop making that model. The reason why is so they could put out there new upgraded version. Call The UlTRA COMP or somthing like that. It supposed to have a wider suspension, lay down servos and a bunch of other crap. And its going to be around the same price. Now he also said that all the parts that are in the Ultra LX will fit into the new model. This new car in on the same line as the LX just a upgraded version with a new name.
I guess we should have waited just a bit longer to get the new one. Screwed again  :horsecrap
