That would look great on a 1:1 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (pre 2006).
 
Yep. Need a set of those for the hood of the KIA Sportage. Been thinking about turning her into a dedicated RC hauler anyway. Mock hood pins and a CB antenna. She'd look just like a 1:24 RC on steroids.

I would worry about someone stealing them, but they are too cool!
I was thinking the same thing. But if you only used them when you met up with RC buddies, or went racing, they would be a hit. Could print them with some rare earth magnets in the base and put some neoprene on the bottom to keep from scratching the paint.
I seen last night; Kevin Talbot has some on his monster truck he is building. They are pretty cool.
Now that is a very cool place for them!
