It's not a thing but maybe it should be...
I was doing my part help flip over some cars on a busy off road carpet track today....probably 20 cars on the track. Bent down to flip a car at the end of the quad jump....and caught brushless 10th scale buggy right in the side of the head.
Not something I'm in a hurry to try a 2nd time ...but you're your own man....don't let me stop you from having a go at it to decide for yourself.

You do know 'keeping your head in the game' is only a saying, right???

Lol, I have been hit by enough 1/1 scale stuff not to worry about a little guy like this too much
I guess if you both walked away it wasn't that bad. 😎👍
Thankfully it wasn't an 1/8th scale! 😲🤕

Clearly, you were doing it wrong. :hehe:

I assume if you gethit in the foot there is no badge or other recognition unless you lose a toe nail
A badge for getting hit in the foot is like getting a badge for participation. 🙄
Badges for stitches tho... 🤔🤣

People laugh when I show up wearing my skiing helmet, rough crowd , rough job , missles trying to go as fast as possible, what could actually go wrong , we race 5 scale Taylor powered beasts , it’s all about timing and real good hockey shin Gaurds , not even kidding here , we race a dirt oval the infield is the safest place to be about 20ft back

Ski helmet? I'd be wearing full body armor. Maybe a bomb suit at a 1/5 scale track!!!

I am no where near as fast as those cars are! No need to test! 🤕😲

20' feet is good for you maybe. I'll be good at 20 yards.

You might be a nut! :woot: 🤣

There should def be a badge for that!!!😎👍

The drivers get focused on making that lap time and don't see what's going on too much in front of the car beyond the next corner or jump. I feel like that's how I got it. He was looking at clearing the quad jump in 1 shot and didn't check the landing before the car was in the air.

Can’t worry bout hurrying to flip a car over , it’s about surviva I got hit on the ankle by a Baja , that was two seasons ago , still got the mark on my ankle , the driver was by pretty upset , but him and his wife were a lot better when they saw me laughing it off , I was given a badge of sacrifice, a picture of the bill on astronaut on it , oh ya , and a bag of ice
