TRX 4 Bronco Transmission Issues

I have a 2021 Bronco that is not shfting into high...it just grinds and will not push into gear...is this a common issue and any ideas other then ripping the tranny out and tearing it apart?

Did you try to do it by hand? More likely it's a servo issue than a gearbox issue. I've wrecked portal gears and halfshafts but the transmission was fine.
