Ok, so ever since I got my truck, and been trying to break it in. It seems to want to stop after a while of running, or overheat if I give it to much gas for a while. It will stop running when I have been running it for a while, when I put on the break and stop it. Why would that be? Any advice on what to do? Would it be a good idea to just put the settings on factory? Even though I'm pretty sure there already set that way.

I know this might sound really stupid, but riching means clockwise right? On the which needle again? I don't mess with the needles to much unless I havto or by looking at the instruction manuel first.

Its the needle on the top of the carbuearator. And richining it means counter-clockwise. I suggest you learn to tune a nitro rc. If you dont, you will burn up your engine and damage it alot. If you dont already have one, get a temp gun for sure. try keepin it between 240-260 wherever it runs best. too hot+too lean too cold=too rich

no counter clockwise is riching. as far as the shutting off, sounds like you need to raise the idle via the idle screw. sounds like the gap in the carb is to small and chokeing the engine out.

remember tighten= leaning/loosening= richer

Yeah, seems I'm having trouble getting the concept of tuning down.:\ I do have a really nice laser temp gun though. So that's a good start.
