Well you guys probably know about the off road track opening here in SI. I told you guys in a different thread. Anyway, all of a sudden, I fell in love with 1/8 scale buggies and truggies. I have seen them being ran at a local field and they are awesome. Got a chance to run a brand new HPI Trophy Truggy and it is great! I would love to get a 1/8 truggy without breaking the wallet. I would love to race with it and bash to.

youd be suprised how 1/0 scale is just as fun. You may have to settle for one unless you find one used maybe? Hell just save up.

Yea, there is a 1/10 scale 4x4 truggy called the Hobao Hyper TT- E. Theres a bunch on ebay right now and are probabily in your price range. Just make sure your local track has a class for them, its not a huge class. If your starting out and want a half racer half basher go with a short course truck. Traxxas slashes are probably the strongest, and arent bad racers when set up right. Sc10s are better on the track, but not As strong, but are pretty tough. (i havent broke anything yet and i have been racing and bashing pretty hard). Both are avalible in 2wd and 4wd. 4x4s tend to be a bit more expensive, but are ALOT of fun! Hope this helps.:D

Yeah but it does not come brushless:(
Guess I am going to stick with stadium trucks.
Do you guys recommend the T4.1 brushless or the Rustler VXL.
