Traxxas brushless

I have a duratrax Baja bug with a traxxas brushless system in it. When I put a fully charged nimh in it it goes full power for like five seconds and then starts blinking red and eventually won't move at all. I have tried with one 1800mah and one 1500mah. Do I just need better batteries?

Your low voltage protection is on. Push the botton untill a chime is heard and your low voltage will be turned off. A red light will apear when it is turn on. Just remember to turn it back on when using lipos.

NiMh= red light
Lipo= green light

Fixed! Now all I have to do is sell/trade for some lipo batteries!

yea... brushless will drink a little 1800 nimh.
