I’m running into a problem with my Traxxas e-revo. I’ve had it listed on eBay for a little while, and they just pulled it off because apparently some of these trucks were recalled. I’m needing to find the model number for mine to make sure it’s affected by the recall. I’m not sure where to find it on this truck. I was wondering if it is the number on the sticker I have circled. If not do any of you know where I could find it? I did buy it used so I don’t have the original box.

That's an original E-Revo vs the later 2.0 models, but i dont know how to find the specific model number from the serial number shown... maybe Traxxas Support can?

Yeah, I think so. I was just trying to find out if my truck is one of the ones that’s recalled.
That number you circled is the serial number. Callling taxxas with it or emailing for proof might help your claim. If it is the clutch take it out and explain it needs to be purchased separately

Your truck is so old you have no chance of collecting on a recall. Traxxas no longer supports the truck that replaced yours. Your truck is double discontinued. My advice is buy the cheapest eBay clutch you can find, install it, and then re-post your truck.

If you're located in Europe, then go to the link Chubaka shared and fill out the form.

If you're in the USA, then the recall doesn't affect you.

And if the form is still up for the recall, then you can collect on the recall.

Hot Racing still makes slipper pads for your truck. A set of aluminum pads will cost you $8.00 plus $2.99 for shipping from Amain. Your truck could be ready to post in a week for $11.00. And you'll be able to sell it in the EU (if shipping cost and tarifs don't scare them away). I would skip Traxxas. They'll be slower than hell and you'll be expected to pay for the return shipping (that will probably be more than $11.00). I think if you're going to fix the truck it would be cheaper and faster to do it yourself.

I'm in the USA, and don't even have it set up to ship to Europe, but that didn't seem to change what Ebay thought about it.

I sent in an appeal to Ebay a little bit ago including a screenshot of what I found about it, and they emailed back almost right away saying that they had put it back on. Thank you all for your help.
