in my defense i thought they were full of chocolate :hehe:

Buddy, there was a chick that used gorilla glue as hair spray, eating rc part is not off the table at this point.
There isn't enough room on warning labels for all the stupid things ppl can do with a given product!
It would prob even be enough to get me to enjoy retail shopping again if EVERY store posted and ENFORCED
"NO STUPID PEOPLE ALLOWED"

Just thinking, so thats like 8 customers a year, right?

well this should keep you quiet. she sued over it. not joking.
And this is why we all have to spend an extra $.25 per coffee. So it can be "specially marked" for idiots who sue and win because the hot coffee they just purchased was actually hot and they burned their wittu bubu!

of course in america there’s a maximum amount allowed it seems
It seems it's all the other countries numbers added for us. Then they move the bar up when it fails. 🤣🤣
And a crooked lab willing to perform the wrong tests to prove that NO MATTER WHAT the manufacturer is not at fault!!!
What the hell are ppl doing eating R/C parts anyways??? 🤣
I tried it due to the high fiber. 🫠🙃

The thing is, I didn't eat the parts, I only flossed with them.
How do I sue?

Apparently there is a TRX product recall for Europe because of asbestos content in some of its products. Reading the entire document, this recall spans a time frame of 22 years(!). For sure it applies to the 272R tranny upgrade in one of my Rustlers.

While apparently US is unaffected, still is a concern to me that even the smallest amount of this hazardous product is contained in TRX products marketed to both children and adults. -AC

TRX Slipper Recall
Both Europe and Austrailia have recalled various Traxxas models for asbestos.

This is more important news than any of these silly lawsuits, slipper pads wear and generate dust that gets caught in a small area.

Potential health hazards aside, it's just a lousy design/material choice that Traxxas should have fixed ages ago.
