Tqi problem help

Have a 2.4 Traxxas telemetry setup. The steering servos are glitching and humming while setting. Works fine while running. The voltage telemetry will read 6.3 volts in dashboard, but shows red in upper right screen. Bad receiver?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting everything. Then see what happens
