Tire balancing station

Not sure which forum to post this in, so I guess this one will do...

I'm having trouble finding tire balancing stations, Amainhobbies has some, and ebay has one. I don't need anything fancy or extra pricey. I see there is a universal one for about $40. Has anybody seen these in other places than those mentioned above?

I just got one from Dyno,ite for about $30. I also got the optional SC rim attachment as well. Works like a charm Still have my good old Trininty Matt Francis edition from way back.

That comes with 17mm hub hex only? Or what size?
