I could be wrong but if someone doesn't know any better. These are made of harden aluminum and steel... so this is a mix. Still no good for tourqe don't know why they would even miss the two guessing trying to add strength..IDK

These are not aluminum. They are referring to the handles being aluminum. The tips are tool steel. I have the black set in the second link that I bought from ebay years ago. They have held up way better than expected.Guess you have never looked on amazon... where almost everyone goes too these days hold on I will show you

I can't say yes or no on them as I haven't used them. They look nice though. And they have some really cool looking stuff like the 17mm lug wrench and the turnbuckle wrenches. I will say this... the machining and design looks fantastic. But in the end, it comes down to the hardening of the tips that really matters.Yeah it sank in after a minute lol..

I agree 100% sir well they only way to find out is to get them rite.. guess we will see. They have good specs. And know they are also sold by eds they can't be that bad in the end. And with the time spent in design and manufacturing. One would hope the handling and performance would be the sameI can't say yes or no on them as I haven't used them. They look nice though. I like these better. In my opinion, the spinning top cap is extremely useful. Makes it for a quicker turn in/out.I'm totally hanging in suspense at this Pat! I've actually wondered for a long time how they stack up against the MIPs. Not sure if MIPs have ways to designate the size they are by simply glancing at them but the Team EDS drivers do. They have bands arounds the tops (see pic, metric on left) 3 full bands means its 3mm, 2 full bands and a band half the width of the full bands means its a 2.5mm driver, 2 full bands means 2mm so on and so forth. The SAE on the right in the pic have bands too but they dont directly translate in to fractions but you can at least know by looking at the bands which wrench is bigger than which
I really like that feature along with spinning top caps and the knurled handles. Top caps are color coded too. Silver for metric and red for SAE. I feel like Team EDS has been and still are highly underrated tools.

Best to just buy a set of torx wrenches and see which one fits snug. Even if you have to force it in the hex socket. What size torx bit to remove a M6 countersunk screw with a 4mm hex it's for a chassis.
It looks like a "T" is used for torx bit sizing just would like to know which could fit.
