The price is pretty high but it looks pretty well thought out. To be able to just fold everything up would be pretty awesome. And it’s on casters!

Could be a good woodworking project if you really know what you’re doing and have a place to do it.

Honestly I didn't look that close because Mom's sewing room is chaos and off limits. 🤣 They looked pretty good though.

Is it well built?

Definitely cool, and probably would cost half that if you bought lumber from Home Depot.
But then again, sometimes things are just nicer pre-built and installed.
I’d love to give it a shot. I just have way too much going on these days to get into a project like that. At my last job we had a CNC router table that would have been perfect for something like this.

I look at that and think, boy, if I had that much empty wall space, why would I close it? I'd just build the wall like that. I mean, it's on wheels. So you could roll it out of a cubby hole and open it. But just imagine how heavy that would be, and how awkward that would be trying to roll around. I had a big Snap-on tool box in my place for a bit that wasn't nearly as heavy as that, and it was a pain to drag around.

Right, once you loaded it down I bet it doesn't roll so well (if at all) on carpet. Wouldnt be any issue if it was on a hard surface though.

You'd be VERY surprised. Those tiny casters on that thing will have a ton of friction. My Snap-On box had much bigger ball-bearing casters and it was about half the size of that cabinet, and it was a pain to move from machine to machine on smooth concrete.

Thats just cuz you didnt work out enough. 🤣

My Snap-Off has suspension and its tough to roll!!!
When I was working for the sound company, our smp racks were small bit HEAVY!
Casters were 4"(I think) gray (softer, possibly even silicone? ) non-marking and were really pricey at he time. I think they came from Middle Atlantic who made (makes?) road cases. They were absolutely awesome! I never once had a single caster fail with HUNDREDS of pounds on them.
Good stuff if you can still find them if anyone is seriously building a pit box.
