Thinking about fixing this machine.

This machine is dead. I had the controller and it wouldn’t move or nothing. So I am thinking about changing out the electronics to something more modern. So any ideas suggestions would be appreciated.

so i took the body off looks like should be fairly easy swap for older esc/recievers. I tested the motor and it works so it was the board that went bad. Should be a fun little project.
