He's needing those portal axles in a major way tho and @MVRCA keeps posting all that porn the other day has me jonesin for some upgrading.....
Till I get around to that
I need some help with my climbing.
I consistently get my back tires to either not grip at all or just lock completely in flipping the truck. Not ideal
I think I need more weight down front
Brass knuckles would look nice

Overdrive in the front(underdrive in the rear) or dig would be the only help there. I know exactly what you speak of because I see it often with my rigs that have either only some overdrive front or nothing at all. It’s all about approach in that case, don’t get caught in that rut if at all possible

I have the optional overdrive installed think it's like 12% or something close.
Think one of the 25% od would help pull it up and over ? That's a good idea I think
What about a winch? That's not cheating if I can hook it to something right?

Do you have an overdrive gear in the front?

The optional that comes with it yeah I swapped them

The optional that comes with it yeah I swapped them

I have the same overdrive on my sendero HD in the stealthX. It does sometimes get stuck in a spot where the front will try to tip back, at that point I feel like it’s the front shocks unloading while the rear is just getting more traction. The stock shock mounts on the rear don’t have enough lean to them, and I was going to add one more theory but I literally just forgot what I was going to say.

You're belly is dragging. Tires aren't getting a bite.

And hey, they use winches on 1:1 vehicles. It just adds to the realism.

Winches are cool. Especially on trucks like yours. But I am a bit more of a scaler guy. I just like trucks that look cool. If they drive over a shoe I'm happy.

I meant to add if you have to drag out a winch to get over something, even cooler!

If you break out the action figures and pose them as if THEY are hooking up the winch cable.. you're my hero.

should I look at rc4wd? I'd want a good winch.
But I also cut my front bumper off! So I might have an issue with positioning one..
I could move the battery I guess
I've been working on my rcs while at this event may have made a few dudes want one lol
Side note fked up the tekno esc probly
Trying not to thibk about it till I get home and look up a bunch of stuff
But I plugged my battery in
Which only plugs on one way and the battery puffed smoke

see... that kinda makes me want to undroop my suspension , i forgot how easily it really did roll over everything back before i changed so much... i dig the winch location but i dunno if it will fit now due to me cutting my chasis rails down

@majin You can mount a winch internally where you have your battery. That is what that spot was initially meant for. You just wont get to see it.

to clarify, I'm positive the whinch would fit by the servo, I'm talking about i dont think the scale winch would fit on the bumper

but one that wound sideways, as the winch would have to go sideways beside the servo, then would need to spool in/out that way, most i find spool out like this and seem to be meant to mount butted up yo the bumper here

but i dont have the space there and it wouldnt work if i turned it sideways to fit beside the servo
