somethings wrong but i dont know what.
its weird.
my reverse is different, its weaker and slower.
you can see it in the video, in the begining its reversing as normal, at the end its less than 1/2 speed.

i recalibrated the hobbywing quickrun as per yt,
I've rebound the reciever (just to check it off the list)
i swapped recievers and rebound it to that, mainly cause i just hadnt gotten around to it yet tbh.
the qrfp sheet suggests a few possibilities but i can't figure out how to change them.

-- manual info available to me --
The motor suddenly stopped or significantly reduced the output in running.
1. The receiver is interfered; 2. The ESC enters low voltage protection; 3. The ESC enters overheat protection
1b. Check why the receiver is interfered. Check battery level of transmitter; 2b. Red light flashes continuously is low voltage protection, please replace battery; 3b. Green light flashes continuously is overheat protection. Please use it after the temperature drops.

#1 how do i check if reciever is interfered?
#2 why would it be in low voltage if battery was at 90%
#3 overheat? it wasn't even warm to the touch

1b how do i check for interference? transmitter batteries are store new, controller says 13v available
2b light doesn't flash stays solid as it is supposed to
3b light is solid red not in overheat protect.
i dont know whats going on but imma find out eventually lol

The fact that it's only slowing down in reverse makes me doubt it's interference. Have you checked to make sure no moisture is getting into the receiver? Heck, I got nuthin'. 🤷‍♂️

the reciever was coated in plastidip, but maybe it was

Did you wrap something up in the driveline?
I'm taking the gearbox apart tomorrow, didnt have time last night and gotta set up a blink 182 concert today wont be done till really late ugh $$$
ill check the driveline then, is nothing i can see binding or wrapping on the surface.
one of my batteries crapped out. i might have just had a bad battery, I've thrown dead battery into a metal box to wait

thanks bro! you dont even know how that made my friggin week, i just love making videos ( but sadly have no clue how to edit them lol)
getting one of my sons friends into the hobby and a friend of mine own as well, gotta figure out a way to get a few more trucks for them to use now lol,
we have some awesome countryside in kentucky giving us lots of different terrain, still have lots more to find!

You're rockin the vids! I don't know anything about editting them either but your raw footage is just amazing!
Its funny how many ppl I knew in NH who never actually climbed Mt Washington or drove down the Kangamangus Highway, ppl in Maine who don't go to the coast or don't explore the woods...
Whatever, my brother-in-law was from the city. Totally convinced that tree people lived in the woods where they moved to in NH. Not everyone loves nature!
I happen to know they are missing out!

Here in California it's getting harder to get to nature, everything is either fenced off or super crowded. If I could afford to move I would be outta here.

I love how much the "old man" gets to go out and play. Always looks fun 🙂
He's needing those portal axles in a major way tho and @MVRCA keeps posting all that porn the other day has me jonesin for some upgrading.....
Till I get around to that
I need some help with my climbing.
I consistently get my back tires to either not grip at all or just lock completely in flipping the truck. Not ideal
I think I need more weight down front
Brass knuckles would look nice
