Once apon a time there was a man at a local rc track. He was having the time of his life until his mayhem's motor shifted. Our hero quickly changed in a new bell gear in and when he was done it was ten o'clock. the started up his mayhem and i Took Off!!!! it ran into a fence at full throttle and the man notached that there was light being emitted from within the buggy. The man walked up to the buggy and ripped of the body and was blinded by the intence red glow of a titanium clutch bell. The man quickly cut the engine by pinching the fuel line and watched in amazement. the magic bell was slowly losing its glow and was now touchable. The man had forgotten to connect the throttle linkage to the carb and the carb was wide open. The intence heat emitted by the magical bell was enough to fry the clutch nut the springs and the shoes but the magical bell somehow didnt kill itself. The man went to the hobby shop and bought replacement parts and his mayhem now runs great.

THE END

lol your hero wouldnt be the first person to have left the throttle arm off and scream away because of it, wouldnt be worried about the clutch thats the cheap part, more how much damage to the engine.

none as far as i can see because it was just like running it at full throttle

it's all good man, I've done that as well. Actually about 2 weeks ago, hence the scar on my forearm that the proline crimefighters left. ouch. talk about tire rub.

one time i did that and when i started it the buggy was facing me and it went full throttle and practically killed me... that was a dumb move... it felt like someone punched me in the stomach as hard as they could and i wasn't ready for it...

Have a link to these magic bells? what other colors do they come in? lol

Great story man.. I have a few highly discolored cb's in my pitbox as well...

its a mayhem part, a std. clutchbell with titainium nitride coating. that coating is exactly why it didnt wear out the inside of the bell, its tough stuff. you can buy them through any horizon dealer, just look for the mayhem option parts.

thanks guys lol just thought you would all like to know about a magical clutch bell!
