And yet my lipo orders from AliExpress come via Australia post ??

I am not surprised it cost an arm and a leg to get discontinued shocks shipped from Australia to the usa.
Both directions is expensive. Jenny’s RC used to be my go to for Arrma parts but shipping $$ went up.

I actually think it's more expensive for you don't you guys have to pay tax on it? i was just surprised the shipping for small touring shocks was double the cost i paid for the actual shocks.

Welcome to my world
I do a fair amount of parts sourcing from thebay and I've seen a bunch of parts from Aussie hobbists posted.
Some of it looks REAL tempting but the price tags are staggering!

I watch an AU news cast on Rumble.com
They talk about rising costs and such...
The prices for some of the things they talk about were somewhere between laughable and terrifying!

Ramble.com. I'll have to check that out.

54 degrees in the warehouse this morning :(
That's great working weather if you're young. But at my age, I'd have been moving like a sloth and bundled up like Ralphie's little brother.

Messes with your finger dexterity for sure.
yeap. and iv got the cut on my middle finger to prove it. its not in a good place ether. half my fingerprint is cut right now. did it Wednesday. and of course, promptly got acetone in it afterwards.

Not laughin' at you, been there, done that! I used to work in a dark room, it's amazing how many cuts you don't know you have unsitl you stick your hands in the chemicals. Then it feels like you stuck your hand in a bee hive.

Try working in a shop that makes and machines carbon fiber for a few hours. Just walking past a bathroom that has a medicine cabinet in it with an unopened bottle of alcohol feels like you walked through a flamethower.

Oh, and don't you be telling that story again about what you were doing in the dark room 🙈🙉🙊
