walked out the front door with that "I'm forgetting something" feeling. still kinda have it. it's unsettling.
Check behind your ear, I always find stuff I forgot about there.

Person was supposed to come and pick the bikes up today. Keep in mind, I’m only asking $4,000 for TWO dirt bikes. Woke up super early to meet this guy and he couldn’t be bothered to show up. Wanted to reschedule it for tomorrow. 🤦‍♂️ People… the first message that he had sent me was low balling me by $1,000. These are priced so far below market value… I’m about to raise the price $2,000 just to weed the idiots out. Now I’m gonna go complete my 12 hour shift on 4 hours of sleep. 🫩

I just hung up and blocked him. Not worth dealing with it.

I got the tank full but boiler not cleaned out yet.
I got 1 car mostly finished, 1 to go before winter.
Yard work is starting to get done, hopefully get it done in pieces so its not a massive undertaking once all the leaves fall and snow is coming.

We have a hole in the wall to deal with. Water damage thats been happening for some time by the looks of it. Longer than we've own the house.
That was/is our whammy project this year.
Its going to be bigger than hoped. Not likely to actually get fixed as I'd hoped this year. More like a bandaide at best.

Our greenhouse is still growing... still have a harvest to deal with. 🤞🤞🤞

I would love to heat my garage!!! 😍 Still need to winterize the house too.

It seems like the end of summer into fall is crunch time for us too.
The winter is ok but its a lot harder to get things done in cold and snow imo.
I try to focus on clearing snow and staying warm mostly. 🥶

Hopefully no more surprises for any of us!!!
Good luck with the sale. 👍 There will be another. 😎
I always have to remind myself that someone else potentially has it worse than me. I’m grateful I’m even in the position to have these kinds of problems. But god dang am I exhausted… 😂

Sometimes people really suck.

Tonight we had to run errands on the way home from work. Thought we would grab something quick on the way home so we hit the golden arches drive through.

We were the only car in line, placed our order and they told us they were waiting on fries, and to pull through to pick up stall number one, which is annoying when there is nobody behind you.

We park in stall number one, and we wait, four or five minutes go by and another car pulls into stall, two. Another few miutes go by and another car pulls into stall three. Now Mrs. Doom is getting irritated. A few more minutes and all five pick up stalls are full.

Mrs. Doom went inside, they had our bag sitting on the counter the whole time. When she came out an employee came out with the other four cars food. Apparently they can't be bothered to bring out your food until everybody elses orders are ready. these clowns certainly are not worth the $20.00 an hour they are making.

It pissed off Mrs. Doom because they told us we had to park and wait for the fries and by the time we got them they were luke warm at best. Room temp when we got home. 😡

I have had that exact same thing happen, down to the 5 cars waiting. And not the first time at that same restaurant. I went back through the drive-through and got my money back and told them I shouldn't be eating that nasty chit anyway.

They look really clean and in great shape! Def the (non) buyers loss.
I have absolutely done that to ppl before. Ad in craigslist for generator. I was asking $650, guy called and the first words out of his mouth were "I can give you $350 for it."
" No, no you can't." Was my answer.
Click.

I used to own a salvage yard. I don't think I sold 10 thngs there where ppl just took the 75% off dealer price and were happy with it.
$400 alternator for $75 was too much. 🙄
Sounds like you need to start walking buddy. 🤣

Theres a buyer out there who would be STOKED to buy those bikes and will love the hell out of them! Screw that other guy. Put him out if your mind and KNOW that today was the WORST day of your life and it will ALWAYS, ONLY get better from here.

I won't eat there. I might grab a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns before a car show if MDs is nearby. Otherwise, I eat fast food about 4-5 a year if I have to.
Its easier for me to sit and wait with an empty belly than for me to sit and digest that I just spent $25 on over processed junk that IS going to upset my stomach.

I can't figure out how all the 'employees' get their jobs. Not a single one of them actually wants to work, do their jobs or even be there. They must be able to apply online. They CLEARLY didn't spend the effort to go all the way to the store to apply in person! 🙄

That article is 13 years old.
If corporations were doing that to us 10 years ago, imagine what they are doing today!!!

NO MORE FOR ME, THANKS!!! 🤯

Iwata airbrush is still missing in action 🤬
After 3 days of practicing for a couple hours a day, l think I am noticing my compressor running hotter than normal. 😡

I can’t make this up… Come home from work and some drunk lady has her hands in my mail box. Wouldn’t leave my property, flipping me off, threatening me, etc. What the hell is going on with my life right now.

On a brighter and more positive note… I think this is the last of it. I think life is finally done messing with me and has moved onto its next victim. One of the letter in the mailbox was notification that my mortgage got sold to a different lender. But, the payment will be decreasing. 😲 Not by very much, but hey it’s something and I’ll certainly take it!

I had a small compressor I bought at sears in the 80's it lasted me 30 years.then I went through two more "airbrush compressors" both of them overheated way to quick, they would go into a thermal shutdown, then you had to wait 20 minutes with a fan blowing on them so you could finish or clean your airbrush. :(

I finally said screw it and bought a big craftsman air compressor with a big tank. Works great, but quite noisy, which would suck in your apartment. Be choosey if you research a new compressor.

I was wondering if one of the small Makita job site compressors might work, since that would also give me enough cfm to run a bigger gun to spray liquid mask. If nothing else, I am going to grab the Master Blaster V2 From Spraygunner eventually, but I kinda like the idea of having a compressor big enough to push a blow gun.

i need to mow my dirt but don't want to. haven't mowed it in maybe 3 weeks (might be 4 idk). also need to spray the Bermuda grass again. and water what's left of the grass (haven't done that in a couple weeks) when it cools down it's going to need a major dig up and start over job. not looking forward to it...

I completely tore up and redid my backyard 2 summers ago. Best thing I ever did, you'll be glad you did it.
