hey,
I've only made one body and that was a hummer and it was completely black using spray cans. I'm planning on making my own ford bronco and f-350 truck. I am going to mask these with some masking tape. Now i was planning on using spray cans but at my LHS they had this product from testors. It was a can of compressed air that had a plastic thingy on the top that allowed u to put a clear glass bottle of testors paint under it. I guess its a cheap form of a airbrush. It was 15 dollars and i was wondering if this would work for lexan?

that is just that a cheap airbrush. as long as you use paint thats for lexan you will be fine using it. just dont plan on doing much detail with it as it sprays just like a spray can.

When I first started painting bodies I used the testors airbrush with compressed air cans, you can get some great results with one. I was actually quite surprised how well it worked for the price.

They make two different ones, a detail brush, and one that pretty much covers like a rattle can, as paintbug mentioned.
