You heard it here first, the new Team Losi Strike Short Course Truck!

Just last week we told you about the possible Losi short course truck – well it’s here, The Team Losi Strike!

Even if you have never hit the track before, fun and exciting racing action can now be yours with the ready-to-run 1/10-Scale Team Losi Strike RC Short Course Truck. The Strike Short Course Truck RTR is perfect for anyone who loves the thrill of RC racing, even newcomers. Its rugged body comes out over the wheels, allowing you to bump, nudge and aggressively race without tangling and flipping other vehicles or getting hung-up on curbs and obstacles.

On the outsite alot of the SC trucks are going to look the same.

Its about the internals. This has the internal trans a motor mount. Its all about the components inside the body that counts.

hmm id like to it in action before buying but it looks to be pretty good imo.

That is true Mayhem. The layout just seems a lot more similar to the Slash as compared to most SC trucks. However, this one seems like it has a few more upgraded parts over the stock slash. And the nerf wings on the sides look like cup holders.

Kinda bummed, but there are some features that I do see being kinda cool.

I'm just torn, the price point is perfect and it's certainly a great bang for the buck. Like you, I was expecting a lot more from Losi. Can't wait to see how it performs, the placement of the motor seems interesting.

Yeah, the body has got to go...but I like the bind and drive option as well as the all metal gear transmission. Looks like it will handle better than the slash, but not quite as good as the SC10. I'll admit my expectations weren't set very high after the whole crawler debacle, but I like it.

CALLED IT! I KNEW when the Highroller came out they were going to base a SC after it, Horizon knows they cannot compete with Associated anymore, so they turned their sights on Traxxas. Huge downside to it VS. a Slash is the slash is a tank, this is going to be as brittle as a high roller, oh well.

Yeah thats right, I haven't even seen one in person yet and I already think it sucks!

I'm not sure moving the motor forward was a good idea. The slash and SC10 are squirrely on the tail until you put a bit more weight there to aid traction, and Losi have gone and moved the motor weight forward.
It might be ok but I'd have my doubts..
Other than that, (and thats a big thing) it looks like a winner...

yawn........knock off slash wanna be

I think that the reason why Losi is jumping on the SC band wagon is to get in the future ROAR racing classes that are popping up here and there. Yeah its shell does look a bit like the Slash but so does the SC10 in a lot of ways.

Honestly it looks like they have the center of gravity about mid ways compared to the SC10 and Slash.

Not sure if Losi designed this to take right out of the box and bash with it but I am glad you mentioned that it was designed after the High Roller. I have yet to put my Slash on a track but from what I have seen on youtube and other videos, running an short course truck on a truck just doesn't seem to get the punishment I would give it.
After reading SweetD's review on the High Roller I know what to expect with this one.

The only problem with the present ROAR SCT class is that the Strike is a tad too long for it, although truth be known they'll probably amend it at some point in time, just pointing it out though.

True, with Losi name, you wouldn't want to exclude from an affordable racing class.
