T-Maxx or Jato?

:hi: I just started the hobby and am not sure what nitro r/c i should get.
I would use it alot outside and around the farm through dirt, grass, gravel ect. The hobby shop I go to doesn't have Jato parts right now and i'll have to wait for them when i ask the owner to order some. I like the jato because its cheaper than the t-maxx, faster and its a new realease but i would be limited in buying Jato parts or might wait till its in and fix anything that gets broken on it. I need the help of an experienced rc driver to tell me what I should go for.

stadium truck are meant for stadium (track) driving....they don't handle grass real well....get an MT if you're bashing around in fields and stuff......

dont know if i would go T-maxx. I have never had one, but i do know that they break a lot. I have seen the jato, and that thing haulz ballz, craziness fast!! But go Monster truck if you plan on bashing, just having fun, stadium trucks dont have the clearance, and break a little easier. Whats ur price range?? Get a decent monster truck.

I would say it should be between the REVO and JATO. I would say if you are going to be in grass and dirt, go with the REVO. Awsome truck! T-Maxx just breaks to much.

get a t-maxx a friend of mine that was at the hobby shop a week ago said he just got into the hobby and got his jato and he had had it for a week and he had already gone through 2 sets of rear tires and broken it five times including a shock tower...... now i dont think you could do that bad of things with a monster truck so i think u should get the t-maxx there u go thanks a bunch! :hammer:

The revo sounds good because i have heard it has very good durability and plus I'm going to race it mostly around the farm.

the revo's suspension will handle alot of really messed up surfaces....very responsive...

Yes the REVOs suspension is increadable! Go with the REVO thats my advise.

Can the Jato take bashing if its suited up properly?

If your were only running on a groomed offroad track or on blacktop alot I'd say go with the Jato...They are fast no doubt...But if all your gonna be doing is bashing in the grass and dirt you want a Monster Truck....Oh and save up some more money and get the REVO over the T-Maxx, you wont be sorry....
The REVO is a great piece and it blows the T-Maxx out of the water, better suspension, better handleing, overall better design.
