Hello All -

Does anybody know of a supplier on the West Coast that has Mayhem parts in stock. I use Ace Hardware Hobbies and they are ok at getting parts but it takes them a couple of days to get the parts and then a couple of days to ship to me. I'd like to find someone who has the parts in stock and is nearby to me so that UPS shipping ground is about 2 days.

Oh....did I say this before but getting parts for the Mayhem is a PITA compared to by OFNA. Sheesh.

SoutheastRC has a lot of parts in stock, but they're not on the west coast. A lot of places take your order, then order them from Horizon, then ship them to you.

my cousin has a great looking mayhem, but he has it under the bed in a box, because of LACK OF SUPPORT and cust serv, he gave up and he order a hyper 7 tq.

here is good example of cust service,

( customer )
I blew my piston and sleeve on my Force 25 after 4 years of racing it over the weekend. i heard that if i send it to Ofna, they will rebuild it for $50, is this true? anyone ever heard this or done it. or is it just a "myth"

thanks for the help!!

In your case, $65.00 will get you a new Force .26 as the .25's are no longer in production and parts are also no longer available. So....we will take your old mill...and your $65.00 and kick you out a new one that would be an upgrade to what you had.

Andrew

Why not keep your engine and just buy a force .26 for $65? lol. That way you can run the 26 while looking for the piston/sleeve for the .25 so it can be your backup engine? lol.

If you have to order then order direct from Horizon.

Personally I have had no probs getting what I have needed which hasnt been much of anything. I think Ofna knows there stuff will break so they keep a good supply out there.LOL. I beat the living H@$$ out of my Mayhem and to date only broke 2 rear a-arms and 2 wing mounts. For product testing reasons I do things to my r/c's that have been called un-natural. But That is why all my products carry my "If you can break it I'll replace it" guarentee.

no dude, it is called customer service.

I really like my Mayhem. Like I said, SoutheastRC has had parts in stock that Horizon didn't, that's why I order from them. I check Horizon first, if they don't have it, I go check SoutheastRC. Southeast went out of their way to get me my parts by race day.
