Right tightly lefty loosy and this guy is for loosening the screws so we all call em lefties

Those are simply extractors aka easy outs. Don't know why they call em that cause its never easy. What you need are counter clockwise rotation drill bits. Just like a regular drill bit but made to spin backwards. That way, when they catch, they spin the bolt out.
 
You shouldn't ever need those type of extractors for RC, especially when the screws are threaded into plastic. There just isn't that much resistance. Even if its cross threaded, they usually spin out pretty easy.
