Okay, this has me baffled so i was hoping someone might have clue as to why this battery pack wont work?

I'm talking the battery pack for the radio gear, 4 AA batteries clipped into a plastic casing, putting out 6.07volts (tested with a multi meter) yet when i plug it into the car NOTHING, has power after the switch so not a faulty switch tried a different battery pack from another car, car works perfectly so must be the battery pack, changed out the batteries for box fresh new ones (even though the batteries i took out were box fresh) still nothing...

Really can't understand why it wont work, i mean its not exactly complicated, 4 AAs chain linked into a 2pin connector, all installed the correct way round + to - ect

Any ideas people??

Bern :(

Check the little cables. On mine one was holding on by a thread and that was the problem.

cables checked, not loose or anything, even took the red 2 pin off and recrimped it just to be sure...........

Turned out to be a duff connection between 2 of the AAs stuck a link in and were good to go,
had to be something stupid as it was registering volts on the multimeter
