The truck rolls back and forth freely, when pushed manually with no clicking or binding. The pinion and spur gear do not move while doing so.

When the truck is powered on, and full throttle is applied there is clicking inside the motor and pinion barely turns.

What could be the issue???

Could be many things have to tear it apart, broken axle, the mesh with the motor isn’t right, spur or pinion gear failure so on.
