Ok, so I have a Hyper Go h14BM. The stock servo stripped out within 3 days... no issue. Ordered a replacement. After watching a couple of videos, I performed my first successful repair on my own🫔. But i notice that now my car turns right way sharper than it does left. When turning left, it has the turn radius of an old-school Cadillac. So I could use some pointers to solve that issue.

And the next issue. When I ordered a new servo I went ahead and ordered a gyro to go with it. I hooked everything up, and everything seemed to be in working order. But where the hell do yall mount your gyros? I mounted mine on top of the waterproof box, and now I can't put my shell back on, lol. Maybe yall can give me some suggestions.

Oh, and a tip for anyone who owns an H14BM. If you ever have to replace your servo. Do yourself a favor and drill a hole through the bottom plate to have easy access to the servos tension spring or whatever it's called lol. Just make sure you drill the hole while the servo is removed... I'll upload some pics for y'all to admire my amazing work šŸ˜….

If it pulls, take the servo saver off of the servo. Set your steering trim to 0. Reinstall the servo saver. While installing make sure the links are even.

For the future...
Whenever your rc has issues, look up Kyosho Optima Mid hop up parts. Find an expensive one and send it to me.
Your car will still be broke... but MY car... 🤣

How old is your buggy?
What happened when it broke? ( were you doing 45 mph and took a left into a curb...???)
Where did you get your parts and how long does it take for you to get them?
Any other thoughts on it?

I'm curious because lots of ppl ask about these cars but I don't own one. šŸ˜šŸ‘

I've had it for a couple of weeks now. My niece was playing with it and got the left front wheel stuck under the fridge. And kept trying to turn it. Stripped out the plastic gears in the original servos. So, I order a servo from Amazon with metal gears. It took about 4 days for me to get it. I ordered one off of Amazon, but that poop won't be here until the 18th of this month... lol. Apparently, you can get the majority of parts from Amazon, though, pretty quickly. And it shipped with a bunch of spare parts. For 180, it's hard to beat, to be honest.

Well I hope your niece will be nicer to your rc in the future! Def keep posting about this buggy, your repairs and hop ups.

Here's an update for ya: @CertifiedMike broke the steering pull rod today, lol. No biggie had a replacement for it. But would it be worth to order a metal set of these? I know some parts are better off being plastic. But I'd imagine this would be better off with a metal replacement.

I would consider upgrading to a better quality plastic set.
Metal tie rod ends never worked well for me.
I am replacing and upgrading my tie rods with titanium and stock 'hard' plastic rod ends from Kyosho using titanium balls.
I don't think you'll need titanium unless you're racing though. Steel is good, just heavier and a lot cheaper too! šŸ‘
AE uses real nice rod and ball system.
Look at a quality brand name for the ends and rods. I like Associated Elec, lots of ppl like Xray ends, I just bought a set of Yokomo ends that seem good too. Avoid cheapo unknown brands.
Theres a LOT OF cheap plastic and chinesium parts out there that look great but are junk!
