Ftx bugsta issue !!!

Hi guys,
I have just recently aquired a second hand ftx bugsta brushless and not sure what is wrong woth it the reciever, transmitter and chip were all with it when i got it, i have bought the batteries as non came with (yes they are the correct ones) so i pluged the charged battery to the bugsta and flipped the switch but it wont power on any advice would be great.

If you have verified voltage with a meter, next step is to test the switch.
A lot of ppl just bypass switches too.
