Hey everyone! its been a bit since i was last on! sorry, this month has been crazy for me. I got a bunch of goodies for the TRX-4 from family, including a winch. after somehow wiring a ton of lights and this winch into the car, everything has worked great.... until now. the winch reciver box decided to disconnect from the remote, and after clicking a few buttons it seemed to work again. Then yesterday i went to reel in a little slack and it didn't respond. I checked over everything, the main board got the power it needed, I had a good voltage going into it (it is rated for 5-12v), and my motor was fully functional. I came to the conclusion that the board got power, read incoming signals as it indicated it should have been powering the winch when i clicked the remote, but somehow didn't actually power my winch. Like somehow it was not actually powering the thing when it said it was. There is no damage to the board, all the connections in and out are secure and not shorting.
