That is for a ready to run version.Traxxas slash is not in his price range and he also have have to buy accessories in near feature when he will start hobby.
Well that's good for you, as most people have an opposite opinion, especially after owning an off-brand RC.I have Raptor and i am happy with it
Thought someone might of mentioned something from HPI. But does the budget include batteries and charger. Or whatever comes with the RC.

Those are right at the top of his price range, he'll be able to get a few upgrades or accessories if he goes with the Slash or Stampede. The Bullet flux models aren't known for being very durable, plus they don't have the aftermarket support that the Traxxas models do.I was thinking more of the bullet flux.

y no start something good en 1st palce so ur no replace parts that shood be good but not then spending money on fun upgrades latr, cheep junk not wotrh bying not wotrha thr trubbble. pisse me offOf course we need some extra money when we start a hobby specially in rc hobby we always need money to purchase upgrades and spare parts .
