Starting a Toki .15

I've initially given up on this Toki .15 engine, but I thought to give it one last shot. I've tried to start this Toki .15 a whole day, and it doesn't give a single sputter of life. It all looks brand new. The glow plug is SUPER bright, the compression is astronomic. I used a power drill fitted with a rotostart to spin it. Spins super good, but even so there's not a single sign of starting from it. I've poured a bit of nitro inside the cylinder and then tightened the glow plug back, still no luck. I've even used diethyl ether, nothing works. Any ideas?

I've heard of Toki, but never had one.

Yeah, I've found info about it on some indian RC forum. Apparently Toki .15 has a reputation for having an extremely hard first start, but it's worth the struggle afterwards.
