Ran this 1/16th Slash I got off ebay two years ago for the first time. I need a beach!

Ran the new Mini B across LVP and 2 different types of carpet to see how the OE did. Deeper carpet it was actually leaving turf marks! Experimenting to see what area and surface would work best for an indoor track.

Thanks!
Been a challenge to drive and shoot pics at the same time.
I have started staging the RC lined up with jump and getting my phone / camera ready.
I start the camera in a video mode zoomed in and gun the RC through the jumps with my other hand. Lol
It is quite tricky. lol
Takes several attempts to get the shots, then edit the little 2-4 sec videos and capture the action shots I want.

It can be a little hard on the RC at times since I am only gunning throttle hopping for the best.
This was one attempt that the landing was not pretty. Lol 😝

this is meant for a traxxas controller, but i just etape it to the bottom of whichever rc I'm driving so its now universal lol,
it helps for making videos, you just gotta keep your contrtoller looking towards yuor truck

I took my new Tekno MT48 2.0 to the dirtpark today.
The truck sucked! I compare it unfavorably to a 3s Traxxas slash!
It turns out that T-bone a-arm mud guards are not compatible with 0 offset 3.8 wheels. When the arms are fully extended the guards dig into the rims, no backflip today. The guards are off and the truck is a champ now.

Put the first batter pack through my new Tenacity pro this evening.
It’s a pretty sweat buggy , handles well, seems really stable, it was pretty easy to recover from hitting dirt mounds and clods from the fresh work I did on my track earlier this afternoon, really needing a good hard rain to smooth things a bit.

I am liking the new batteries I bought for my Losi stuff too.
Nice seeing the battery level displayed on the radio.
Soon as it alerted me and started blinking I was able to bring back to me before it quit.
Most of the time with my Traxxas smart batteries it invariably dies as far away as possible. Lol

Had several friends and family out tonight for some fun track and check the new track improvements.
I started out running my new Tenacity TT that just came in this afternoon.

Next I ran a battery pack through one of my Baja Rey 1/10s, this truck is rapidly becoming a favorite RC of mine. Not sure I will ever love it as much as my favorite trucks, being my UDRs.

Thin finished up with a fresh break in run of a couple 3s packs through a new UDR build.

Did make a couple short videos of tonight’s action.
Nothing to crazy. I wish I had cough the Big black XRT taking a big jump and landing right on top of Baja Rey.
But hard to drive and have fun and film at the same time.
