I don't feel like rebuilding or messing around with a used 2.5 traxxas I got on a rustler and was thinking just buy a new engine. I know the traxxas one doesn't perform like the O.S. or so. Best bang for the buck. Would like this one race worthy!!! Thanks for the imput. Stupid rain in the south. No racin..

You could always trade ur 2.5 in for a 3.3. My buddy did this to his rusty and its crazy fast, wheellies on demand. But I would like a O.S. myself 2. Even tho I don't know much about them like how much they cost or if they drop right in or not?? I just hear a lot of good things about them.
