lol i went crawling in the snow about a month ago, it put down about 6 inches and was actually really fun imo!!! makes it very very challenging!!! you like it webbage??? i really want to take my scaler out when it snows again.

The truck actually goes like a champ on the snow until the skid plate at the front grounds out then it just spins and sinks.... :D

Climbing over stuff covered in snow is hard, especially with a wheely king as the middle grounds out really easy. As soon as you even lift a little weight off the tyres the snow-filled treads just spin up even at low throttle.

Has ayone ever thought about putting tracks on insted of tires????

the problem with that is, both left tires would have to spin at the same rate. Same with the right. Not to mention getting ahold of some rims that would acomodate(sp) treads. There is also the matter of finding treads. Unless you could find some like you can get for quads... That would be cool.

I'm going up north for X-Mas & looking forward to the snow. I'm taking my Berg,Should be a blast!!

have u tried sprayin ur skids and wheels with non stick cooking spray? I do it on my big mud truck (78 chev short box sitting on a blazer frame on 38'' ground hawgs) and it works great but i dont know if it would b teh same for th lil trucks

cooking spray might work.....and Ground Hawgs FTW, i ran 38x15.50 ground hawgs for about a year and i loved em.

Had 44in Super Swamper TSL Boggers on my 67' landrover. Made here in good ole louisiana. Never really had to spray anything on them things.

I ran with Pam on my comp rig to see what would happen, but I didn't notice much difference over the regular delrin on the rocks, and I stayed awake until 4 in the morning thinking about the yuck on my crawler until I finally got up and cleaned the whole thing.
