Honestly, I love them but they some times almost hold too good. lol. I have NEVER EVER gotten a body to come off while crawling, not even just one side and beat the piss outta my lids. The harder you slam the body, specialy on the side where the mounts are, the more the grab! The EEM mounts will fit the losi chassis too Rob, atleast I'm 99% sure they will cuz I held a set up to my losi when I had it.

They will fit. I have a set I haven't used yet that are for my SWX build.

when i build me crawler using traxxas shocks i cut off the today eye and drilled a hole and put rodends on them which helped out alot imo

Yep Rollin but then makes them longer than what I'm wanting right now. I just need to find a shock that with a rod end mod will be just under 4" eye to eye without limiting it.

Try a set of the slash front shocks, they are shorter then the rears, might be just the ticket with a rod end mod.:D

It was a good thought Curtis but nope, even with a rod end mod with a small revo end they would be about 1/4" shorter than my limited taller ones.

Yeah I could technically lol. I dont know yet though, I'll prolly keep running these till I find the shock I really want. I'm sure some rig out there uses just what I'm wanting.

Not me. You know the length on them?

is anyone using the Traxxas Revo shocks? I think they're 89mm or approx 3.5" eye to eye. Would that suit your needs?

Looks like my brother and I are picking up a pack of the Tmaxx xxl shocks, but I think they're 4 1/4" eye to eye.

I've ran revo's before on a Black Jack chassis but their too short for what I'm wanting still. These will work for me for now.

Small update, got a new lid wich doesn't fit quite as well as a grappler pro and I didnt have any longer body posts so I couldnt use my EEM mounts so I had to change to top body mounts, with holes, ugly, but oh well.... oh lol, I got some new spring cups too to add some funk.

Sorry for the crappy pics but you can see my new mounts...

How are you liking the Leopards?

I have a set mounted up to try if my Rovers aren't hooking up, but have yet to use them.

They are certainly a lot more squishy than any tire I have fondled.

Their my favorite tire on every surface I've ran with my current weight setup on untouched f400's and on 1" rims, I did not like them on the Mayhem 7's, too wide and "balloony" for me...
