Mine are mounted on VP DH Pro's that are 1.2" wide.

Can't wait to try them out along with the Rovers on some real crawling.

Rocksmith is killing me.

Thanks Curtis.

Ok, small update. I am still trying to lose weight. I have dropped to no added weights and am setting at 7.49 lbs right now with f400's, blue rovers and the DNA rims. Its running pretty damn good for how the balance point is now with no added weight up front. I am starting to save for some VP SLW rims wich are 2 oz each with rings and hardware wich should drop with down to under 7, I hope.

If you dont want to spend that much the wheel works rims are a good alternate. The 1911 Delrin version is only 2.6 oz. I am going to run them when I get the extra cash to pick some up.

Humor me so I dont have to go look, lol. How wide are they?

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, .7 oz more each? What would that be total? Like, 2.8 oz more than a full set of the SLW's? Is that the right math on that lol....

I wonder if I could get rid of that .6 or .7 oz on the 1911's by drilling maybe 1/4" holes around the middle and then just wrapping a laying of duct tape around to keep the air in beside a couple 1/8th in breather holes........hmmm.

In the process still of trying to lose some weight on the bully so I did some wheel shopping.

Heres my new BWD U-Locks, in white delrin, with a 1/4" spacer on each one pushing them too .75 wide with white rovers all around, f400's in back and SNG foams upfront.

Also got new 90mm aluminum traxxas shocks.

After changing to the U locks, I dropped from 7.49 oz to 6.12. Now I'm at 6.13 with the aluminum shocks. Have more weight loss products on the way!!!

F400 and SNG's, my foams put them a bit taller but are softer and I am running them up front.

Plenty more to come soon too. I ordered new front and back axle tubes and one new case wich should drop me down 11 oz, although the link mounts will step me back up like 2 so I'll be losing 9, I think. Then when I can afford it, the other case and link mounts for another like 5 or 6 oz loss...

Lol yep Curtis, hopefully by next week I'll be down to low 6 wich will work for now.

WOW that thing looks awesome. I gotta get me a crawler one of these days. The power and speed of my Maxx is impressive, but as a REAL LIFE 4x4 trail driver, I like the slow stuff tons better.

Well done so far! :)

Thanks Skwerly.
