Lol not exactly Ralph but worth a guess I suppose. That was actually given to my brother by a guy that didnt drive or start it for 12 years, my brother put a new battery in it and 5 gallons of gas and it fired right up.

Steering was holding up well BUT I had it without its body fall off the top of a 6 ft ladder right onto the servo, wich broke my servo housing tabs off, didnt break my bracket really but pulled it apart in one spot-stripping out the hole....Not bad for delrin though imo...

So I redid it in aluminum and have slammed it pretty hard without any problems so far.

Looks good for sure Lloyd, If I end getting Bully axles in the future I might have to enlist your services and have you fab up one of those for me. Still waiting for some video of the rig in action, come on Lloyd stop slackin, LOL!!!!

Ok, well I did take some vid last week but it was around 30-35 degrees all day so the concrete on my course was super cold and my Leapards didnt want to hook up very well, but here it is, a very rough edit.

Yeah it definatly does well, still have to dial in my suspension though. I'm not completly satisfied with the setup I'm running, I might get some 3-3.5" shocks for it, wich will still keep my belly around 3" I'm pretty sure.

For 35* weather it looks like it was crawling very well, but a lower COG most deffinitely will not hurt things.

at the first crawl there didn't seem to be a lot of articulation, is that the idea?

watched it again, maybe it was the camera angle.

I dont have much, about a full tires height of travel or maybe about as much as a beer can, soda if your a minor...lol. Thats right about where I like it.

X2 IMO lots of articulation is a bad thing, I would rather float a tire then have it fall in a hole, limiting Ur articulation IMO makes the rig more stable and predictable, VS. being all floppy and unstable and having a axle that can twist near 90* while the other axle is still sitting flat on the ground:whhooo:.

Thanks Rollin!

No pics right now but I have switched to traxxas shocks wich are shorter, I have them limited about a 1/4 inch and it dropped my belly down to 3 1/8 and it stays planted very very well now. If I stay with this length of shock I'll prolly pick up some aluminums.

My friend is running the traxxas big bores on a HR moa rig and he says they arent very smooth.

Yeah its cuz they all use some kinda of stupid mount in stead of a rod end, sucks!

Trying out some traxxas shocks, yes I know their plastic. Got them limited a 1/4 and my belly is right at 3 1/8". Stays stuck to the ground very very well now. Also just finished two slight bend rear links, prolly do some for the front tomorrow.

I'm diggin' the bent links. Nice job.

How well does the EEM body mount system hold the body?
